Technologies

#1 Thermoforming
Vacuum forming versatile process, allowing the manufacturing of a wide range of light and resistant parts (like coverings and cases).
Optimization of the aesthetic and functional performance of every single component.

Suitable for manufacturing a variety of thermoplastic elements with relatively affordable equipment cost and without compromising on design. Optimal solution, not affecting surface quality, for parts that are big in size and complex in shape.

Available options:
  • Extruded ABS sheets (different variants)
  • Coextruded sheets in ABS-TPU, ABS-PMMA, ABS-ASA for special applications
  • High performance technical materials like ABS/PC blends
  • Transparent PMMA and PC

#2 RIM (Reaction Injection Moulding)
Recommended technology for complex projects requiring high functional and quality standards.
Ideal for objects requiring sophisticated design, resistance and functionality. Can be coated or spray painted on.
Resulting parts can be easily assembled and used together, also in combination with other materials.

Available options:
  • PUR Compact Structural- 1,1 [kg/dm3] density
  • PUR Rigid Structural - 0,6 [kg/dm3] density
  • PUR Integral Skin Foam - 0,45 [kg/dm3] density
Optional:
  • Surface fishing made with sprayed PUR for soft-touch effect and high scratch resistance
  • Parts in structural PUR with in-mold coating process

#3 Sprayed Polyurethanes (SPShf)
Innovative application of structural polyurethanes, mainly used for large parts that need to be self-supporting, along with soft-touch and scrap-resistant surfaces.

Special and custom-made solutions can be manufactured in our advanced production facility to meet almost any need, thanks to the purpose-made equipment for sprayed PUR technology.

Available options:
  • PUR Compact Structural- 1,1 [kg/dm3] density
  • PUR Rigid Structural–0,6 [kg/dm3] density
Optional:
  • Surface finish made with sprayed PUR for soft-touch effect and high scratch resistance
